PROFESSIONAL REFLEXOLOGIST, SPECIALISING IN MENOPAUSE,

I am a certified, fully insured reflexologist and reiki practitioner. I have specialist training in mindfulness, menopause and spinal support reflexology. I am passionate about helping others and believe reflexology is such a wonderful tool to really help people with their health and well-being. I have used reflexology myself since my early 20s, so being able to support others with reflexology felt like such a natural step.
As a professional reflexologist, I really enjoy being able to bridge the gap between western medicine and holistic practises. I am empathetic and intuitive so treatments are calm, gentle and client focused. I believe in putting my clients at complete ease with my approachable and compassionate approach. I pride myself on my knowledge and skill in reflexology and lifestyle management.
The Treatment Space
Treatments are based in my cosy home based treatment room, in a quiet close just off Ashtead High Street. Parking is directly outside the treatment room. The clinic has its own private entrance from Greville Close.
Think fluffy blankets, warm-toasty towels, a heated reflexology couch, candles, crystals, essential oils and organic reflexology balms.

I would love to support you on your journey to improve your well-being and to feel better than you do right now. I aim to create a nurturing, caring and comfortable environment for you to feel understood, and to be able to let go and relax. I believe I can create a safe place for you to simply shut your eyes, drift off and totally relax. A space for you to be able to let go of your stresses and tension.
An hour may not seem like a long time but it is amazing the powerful effect one hour of reflexology can have. Stress and tension can create an infinite number of challenges to the body and mind. I would like to invite you to sit back and surrender in to a deep relaxation and experience the wonderful reset reflexology can offer you. I hope that you will be able to leave my treatment room ready for whatever life puts in your path.
