I offer single reflexology sessions as either a standard 60 minute treatment or an extended 90 minute reflexology
Packages can be bought in either a bundle of 5 or 10 sessions. As a bundle of 60 or 90 minute treatments.
I offer tailored packages specific to menopause, pregnancy and post-natal.

The first treatment includes a 10/15 minute full consultation to discuss your past and present state of health and your lifestyle. A standard treatment will last about 50 minutes and an extended treatment 75 minutes. Following the treatment we discuss what came up during the treatment and a potential treatment plan personally tailored to you.
Follow up - adult reflexology treatment

Subsequent follow up treatments start with a mini consultation on how you are feeling. Standard treatments last about 50 minutes and extended treatments 75 minutes. Following the treatment we discuss what came up during the treatment.

A course of treatments that can be taken at any time during your pregnancy with a focus on many of the common symptoms such as sickness, heartburn, pelvic girdle pain, constipation, swollen feet & hands, pregnancy anxiety, breech baby, or simply time to relax and connect with your baby. This package includes 5 x 60 minute reflexology treatments and a FREE post-natal / fourth trimester treatment in the comfort of your own home within the first 4 weeks post birth.

Towards the end of your pregnancy I invite you to really prepare yourself both physically and mentally for birth. This is a wonderful opportunity to encourage oxytocin production, work on reducing potential anxiety and balancing hormones. This package includes 3 x 60 minute weekly treatments.
Mini Pregnancy Package
3 X 60 minutes | £160
This is a wonderful opportunity straight after birth, otherwise known as the forth trimester, to really support you during one of the most IMPORTANT stages of your journey into motherhood. Reflexology at this time gives you much needed rest and healing opportunity to help support your body and mind returning to its pre-pregnancy state. Reflexology will encourage oxytocin production, supporting any anxiety and balancing your hormones. This package includes 3 x 60 minute weekly treatments taken in to the comfort of your own home.
Post-Natal/ Forth Trimester Package
3 X 60 Minutes | £160
A five week course of treatments. Treatment are specifically designed for menopause and peri-menopase targeting the body's entire endocrine system.
Each week we will discuss one area of menopause.
